NOT A WEEK GOES BY WITHOUT ME FINDING ANOTHER POSITIVE ASPECT TO THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY STORM FACILITIES MANAGEMENT.
When our Facilities Management contract for Dunn’s House, our headquarters based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, home for 400 plus administration staff, came to an end when we put it out to tender with a desire to consolidate the 7 contract maintenance areas down and to have a single point of management.
We wanted to build a strategic partnership with a company that shared our values and beliefs and could deliver added value. We were particularly impressed by Storm’s personal service and a “can do” approach. Storm successfully bid for the contract taking over 6 of the 7 areas; building facilities management, reactive repairs, sub contract management, planned preventive maintenance, the management of the on-site ‘Handyman’ and Security guards / Reception staff.
Storm delivered on all their promises. Storm hit the ground running and within weeks had not only come up to speed on the building and the infrastructure, but had managed to focus the services and deliver cost savings, all this whilst providing a highly responsive service and some unexpected added value benefits to boot.

As sales manager for Bizspace Ltd, I oversee the maintenance and sales of several sites in the region ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 120,000 sq ft.
I was introduced to Storm Facilities Management through their facilities Manager, Ben Taylor in December 2010. Since then they have undertaken several projects at my Swindon and Didcot sites.

I must also point out that the Facilities Manager, Ben Taylor is extremely competent and strives to ensure that Storm Facilities Management has a fantastic reputation.
